Body Mass Index

Are you blessed with Dilbert's physique, the fashion sense of Bill Gates, and the programming skills of Liberace?

Here you can calculate your Body Mass Index. The National Institute of Health wants us all to have a BMI below 25. "Weight Loss is possible" says Karen Donato, obesity education coordinator for the National Heart, Lung and Blood Instutute.

The first step is to know the worst. The formula for BMI is:

BMI = (weight in pounds X 703) / (height in inches)^2

Weight in pounds Height in inches

Your BMI:     If you had a BMI of 25 you would weigh: pounds
